Through one on one coaching, I help people discover what being healthy truly means for them. As a lifestyle coach with a background in nutrition, I understand that healthy living is not a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to help my clients embrace a lifestyle that emphasizes balance, while still enjoying the foods they love. I have grown up around nutrition and my goal is to help people achieve their health goals. I have a different approach to traditional nutrition coaching. I believe that it’s not only about what you eat but also how you eat.
